I'm new to chickens,my mom raised some chickens when i was young though. But I myself, 100% new to chicken raising. Still remember my mom collected some fresh eggs from our lovely hens's brooder. But just forgot when they gone.
But I've been really interested in chicks these year, I guess they are also great pets other than cats and dogs. Yes, I also have a cat and a dog.
I am going to raise some lovely chicken with great temperament if possible. And these days I've read a lot here about chicken raising and chicken coop, etc.

and they do make very good pets; I was quite surprised when I got mine just how friendly they got!
