I was given these 6 chicks and don't know a definite age but I think between 9-10 weeks old. I was also told they were RIR but could be production reds as well. I have been watching them grow and while some of them look like they have saddle feathers (2&6) I am not good at determining it yet. I was comparing to another post of RIRs and mine don't seem to have combs developing yet like theirs did so now I'm thinking they may all be pullets. I was told they were but the person who gave them to me is a huge liar and I don't trust him to tell me the truth about them at all. Could ya'll give me your opinions on what sex they are? Last hatch of 8 gave me 6 cockerels so I am hoping these are pullets. I would love any answers to have the reasoning around your determination so I can learn more. I appreciate your help as always!
