I dropped the ball on this
Well not quite, I didn't setup the brooder because my last hatch went horribly so I really don't want to jinx it

Came home after took out the Turner and have everyone in hatching positions, I got two quails in the incubator chirping my son actually see one zipping out

Now show me your brooder setup. I have a heat lamp that my duck was using. Was going to diy a mama heating pad with a heating pad I have

Now I feel like I need to set it up asap

Thank you

Plastic tote for first couple weeks (not pictured). Very basic, heat lamp, food and water. Then into this brooder to finish out. Ended up adding a roost, worked great. Deep litter, clean it once a week or so.

Thank you
How long do I have to keep them in the brooder for ? It's warm here now where I am not hot but warm.
I'm hoping not to brood them for too long before move them outside lol

The earliest I've kicked out my quail is about 10 days old, when the night temps didn't drop much below 70. They feather out fast.
