Howdy, I picked up 4 new quail hens a while back from a local farm. They gave me a "backyard mix" of various colors. I have only raised regular browns and whites so far so I'm not 100% sure what I have (even with researching online). I think the golden one in the middle might be Italian? Also, in the picture, the fourth hen is hiding in the top left corner under the faux leaves. She looks like a rosetta, but the rosettas I've seen online are more brownish, and the one I have is more salt-and-pepper in coloring when you see her in person. Any help would be much appreciated!
Now that you mention it, the one on the bottom looks exactly like a pearl fee that belonged to the person who sold me my whites way back when.
