Chickens get respiratory infections fairly easy so it'd be a good idea having antibiotics on hand the only kind I know that you can get without a vet prescription is tetratex which is used for fish but works on chickens

I'm not sure wut that could be yet but its definitely contagious you should isolate the sick ones from the healthy ones asap and get them on electrolyte water and make sure their eating. Maybe this could be pink eye? Wut do their poops look like?

Is there any other symptoms or issues that their showing? Like being quiet sleeping more then the other chicks(if there are more) not eating or drinking as much? If not then making sure it has enough electrolytes in its water and the right kind of chick starter should fix the problem

That looks like an infection of some sort maybe try to find some antibiotics and start giving her electrolyte/nutrient water for the time being, make sure she keeps eating also chicks that get sick starve themselves. I hope she pulls through!
