    I used my broody silkie to hatch some eggs from my flock and she came from that. An expert on here told me my rooster is a second generation silkie mix My full silkie hen is nlack, but I have other mixed hens who also have crests. I got this flock from a kindergarten hatch at my school and didn't know exactly what I was getting but love them all Pics of her at a few weeks, now, and dad.
