Sick 8 week old hen - giving oxytetracycline

Need help with my 8 week old hen. We have been giving her .15 ml shot of oxytetracycline for 3 days and doesn't seem to be getting better. Any one have any idea of what is going on with her and how long I should give this to her for.

you may have to do a surgery to remove it, puss in chickens is not liquid but hard, she has a glob of it behind her eye and it needs to be removed, it will NOT reabsorb or just go away
