just wondering. how long will it take for eggs to freeze in the coop when temps are around 25-30.

my nest boxes are protruding from the coop and i leave the pop door open 24/7which is close to the nest boxes.

A long time. Eggs are not all water and will not freeze at the same point as water. Even down around 0F and only collecting once a day I didn't get all frozen eggs last year. It wasn't until we got well into the negatives that I had to put out a heat lamp over a nest box or I wouldn't get anything that wasn't an egg shaped ice rock.
