Rex and his 8 young lovelies are now in the main flock. They will be 15 weeks old next Wednesday. How time flies! They are exploring the huge pen and still need to learn to go up the ramp and inside when they get hungry. If we put them in, they stay inside. If we shoo them out, they stay outside.

The Buffs are Hope and Grace-aren't they lovely?

Thanks, these newbies are doing pretty well with the much older flock members so far. They even roosted on the very top bar last night right beside the elders, which was surprising for the second night in the coop. Now, if I can just get them to go up the ramp and into the coop to eat during the day, that would be swell, LOL.
