How do I TRANSPORT Fertile chicken eggs in car?

I have a hen that has gone broody! My children and I are wanting to buy some fertile eggs from a farm 45 minutes away. How do I transport the eggs in the car during this length of time? Thanks for everyone's responses.

For that short of a distance I'd just bring them home like you would store bought eggs. Just make sure to go slow over bumpy roads. I'd set them on the seat too.

I go to a farm just down the road, about 15 miles, but the road is all very bad gravel. My eggs do just fine. I even stick them into the bator as soon as I get home. :confused: It works for me.
