Ko Shamo & Bantam Asil lockdown day?

This is my first time incubating Ko Shamo and Bantam Asil eggs, and am wondering what day I should lock them down. Is their incubation time frame the same as a regular bantam? Thanks!

I am pretty sure that you would lock them down on day 18 as usual.

I have never done games. But I can't imagine that they would be different.

Just don't make the mistake like I did, & accidentally lockdown on day 14. I was a few days off. I messed up my hatch schedule somehow. The chicks still made it though.

Yikes! Glad they made it! I'm down to 3 bantam asil eggs that are viable. Really hoping they'll hatch. Shipped eggs, so it's always a gamble. Malays will be next in line for lockdown after this bunch.

I hatched 7 Malay chicks a week ago. I know a really good breeder if you want me to link him?

I'm so jealous! I can't wait for the Malays to hatch. They're my dream breed. Yes, I'm definitely interested in the breeders info. It would be nice to get some other colors, and an alternate line.

Those are some really pretty birds! I was actually looking at his listing a couple days ago, but I'm in Texas and that's a long way for eggs to travel through the mail. I was going to message him and see if he'll still have eggs, or chicks available next month. I drive up to Michigan every spring/summer to visit family, and thought I could meet up with him on my way back and pick some up. I'd love to see pics of your little ones!!
