I will use these to answer since I'm not the best at introductions alone!
(1)Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
My grandma had always had chickens, ever since before I was born. And since I grew up on her farm I grew attached to them
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Not so sure, the ducks and geese are more of my responsibility at the farm
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have 5 Brahmas! 2 Cayuga drake mixes, 2 Muscovy duck drakes and 4 Chinese geese
(4) What are your favourite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I just love taking care of animals! And I've grown up with these birds and really grown attached
I love their company and I love cleaning for them, it makes me happy knowing they'll have a clean home
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I'm currently studying for the hunter exam!
(6) Tell us about your family, other pets, occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Most of my family lives on this farm (danbyholm), my grandparents own it!
Other animals here are horses, pigs, sheep, cats and dogs
And like said, I'm studying for the hunter exam, I really hope to pass it so I can succeed in working my dream career. And again, most of my family are hunters
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found it yesterday while I was researching wet feathers, and I need some help with my own birds! This is a great site and I've already learnt a lot from it
