Is she still eating well? Could there be something wrong with the fermented feed? You could try just feeding fresh feed or make a small amount of moistened fresh feed for her to eat. It is possible that she has worms or coccidiosis, or might have eaten something bad for her. Corid treats coccidiosis, and wormers such as SafeGuard or Valbazen are good to use.
I have been giving her dry feed and offering some moistened fresh feed. She isn't enthusiastic about anything but scratch & watermelon but it's over 100 degrees for the third day. Some of her droppings are a little watery but I'm assuming it's the increased fluid intake. I'm really don't think it coccidiosis.

I have worming meds but I was worried that it might make her worse if it's a nutrient deficiency. Advice welcomed

When my chicken molted she stopped eating and lost some B vitamins as a result and did the drunken walk. There probably is more going on here, as others have suggested, but popping her a B vitamin pill might help.

I'd also see if you can get her to eat some cat food or tuna for the protein if you're worried about her eating levels.
I will try giving her some tuna. She did eat some watermelon (w/Nutri-Drench) and greek yogurt with a tiny bit of scratch sprinkled on top.

She's definitely got something going on. She sat down hard at the end of the video.

Scratch doesn't really have any nutritional value - but it is at least calories. If you can sneak in some feed alongside it or sub it out for the scratch with the yoghurt, that would probably help things, too. But if you can get your hands on B-Complex, I'd recommend one in the beak.

The symptoms she has don't look familiar to me - but my reply will bump the thread. I hope some knowledgeable folks are able to give you more assistance now that you've got a video of her. Sending good vibes to you and the bird.

How is she doing today? Are you able to make some mash with feed?
I took her to the avian vet this morning and she has mareks. I had a chick that almost had what looked like FTT back in March/early April. I had nursed her along for several weeks and finally euthanized and had her sent for a necropsy. Unfortunately, the report was not sent to the vet until this week and showed Mareks. There were no other issues until the Cream Legbar today. ALL WERE VACCINATED. The others are not showing symptoms as of now and I need to decide what to do with them. I did just notify the hatchery.

Thank you. This was a big blow.
