Should your travels lead you to these chickens, on arrival at the coop and run a sight like this is what you are likely to see in daylight unless I am there.
This is what greeted me the first day I went with the keys to the place.

There are a couple of things I would like you to notice. The bottom section of the fence does not have chicken wire on it, let alone some type of hardware cloth or weldmesh fencing. There are weasels, stoats, rats, foxes, dogs and a couple of birds of prey in this area of Bristol.
You should also be able to see that the coop run does not have a door on it.
Any predator that gets through the outer run fence gets chickens to eat. They can't get away, most do not know how to fly let alone be in a good enough condition to do it.

Leaving aside that it is chicken wire and therefore not worth much of anything, I cannot fathom why someone would put it at the top and not the bottom of the fence.
