I would so take a few, but being in Illinois, it will be hard to do. I really hope you can find someone to take a few!Help! The birds many of you id'd as roosters are still not crowing. Not a bad thing. Just hopeful they're some weird giant hybrid hens. They all move around comfortably. No eggs. No crowing. I expect the no egg part. They were pretty traumatized. How long do y'all think it will be before thwy crow?
They now finished a 5day course of safeguard. They are perky. Curious. They roost very close together. Almost on top of each other. Still searching for a home. I am willing to travel to place them in a good home.
