I am on day 13 with my shipped eggs. The ones that started growing are all still doing great. I have some with some double saddled air cells (comes up on both sides), some with a small saddle and some look great..... Should I put them in lock down, well take out turner and put in non slip mat, on day 17 to give them more time to hopefully position right? Then up the humidity on day 18?

I haven't marked the air cells since a lot are wonky. I will do that when I take out the turner just so I can see if they pip into the air cell or not. I have weighed them and as of day 12 they have lost just under or just over 9% so that seems right on from what I have read so still keeping humidity at an average of 45%. What do I up it to at lock down again?

I have pics of eggs today that show the air cells if that will help with anyone's answer

Glad to hear the incubation seems to be going well!
I typically start lockdown on day 17 and increase humidity on day 18 out of convenience for me so you could definitely do the same without issues.
I increase to about 65% for lockdown. As they pip internally you will start to see that number creep up a bit and it will also spike at hatch and that's normal.

Thanks! Me Too! So far from the new seller I found 10/12 are doing GREAT!!!!!!! the other 2 never developed, 1 the air cell was detached and bubbly the other was just clear. I keep checking afraid I will find one that has stopped.

the other seller that offered 1/2 off more eggs I have 1 that is moving out of 16 eggs. It is odd though I can't make out veins and wasn't even sure anything was in there till day 9 when I saw it moving. Still can't make out veins and thought it was DIS tonight but checked again and it was moving all over the 2nd time. Guess I will see on hatch day with that one. LOL

How does this egg look? Day 15. Has a large saddled air cell, but at day 12 weight loss was good. The dark spot near the air cell worried me. Think I saw a bit of movement. Pic from both sides.

Ok some of my air cells look huge. Some are saddled big time. I did weigh a couple quick today just to see and weight loss seemed to be right on. So should I not worry about how big they look if they are losing the right percent??

Should I up humidity sooner? Will it change anything now? They are day 17

Lol. This group of eggs started out so good. Now that they are at lockdown I am freaking out about air cells. And losing too much weight. Trying to get the incubator to stay around 65% humidity.

And the broody that I was going to give chicks to decided today was a good day to stop sitting!!!! Ugh!!!! Last time she went longer, 4-4.5 weeks.... This time was only like 16-19 days.
