When there was only one "problem with hormones" rooster, my Alpha rooster had no problem checking him. His behavior immediately improved. Pretty soon, instead of assaulting hens, he was a useful Beta rooster. I suppose it depends on what you want to do with your roo's. Are they for breeding? If so, I'd go with the bachelor flock method. Boy's in one coop, girl's in another. If you have a rooster for protection of your flock, then you should probably cull/re-home the extras.
Definitely get at least one out though!
Good luck 🤞
