What did the end product look and taste like? How did you rehydrate it for use?

Rehydrate 3 T to 1/4 c boiling water. Let set at least 10 minutes or so.

Looks like baby food squash, smells good though.

Cooked up like a raw whole egg, little rubbery but didn't add any milk/ water or spices and tasted just like scrambled. Would definitely use these for baking needs .
That much equals 2 large eggs.

No I dehydrate raw whole eggs that have been frothed up in blender. Poured onto fruit leather trays and dehydrated. Ground down to fine powder and vacuum sealed and kept cool. The video that inspired this method was
I hope this works for all of you. If not PM me and I will try a different way

You can use parchment in place of trays but the egg stuff is runny. I ordered Xtra trays off Amazon for my dehydrator.
This was my first try at this so I just placed stuff in used mushroom jar and I kept on kitchen counter to check on it. Tonight is first time messing with it since made it 2 weeks ago.
My next trial will be to water glass some to check out that method.
