With stew being a last resort, perhaps
I think the chickens person is looking for solutions other than the stew pot...
The point of the thread is a secret for a ghost.I'm interested in the subject of the thread but not sure I get where this is going. Is the point of the thread to show that it is necessary to cull the hormonal cockerels ?
Calm down...you may learn something useful here. If you learn nothing else you'll learn that not everyone has the same point of view. Then I don't see the need to make a thread that says to try and find solutions and mislead people like me who are not interested in cockerel stew . Thanks for the prompt reply though!
Ghosts don't eat stew.I think the chickens person is looking for solutions other than the stew pot...
If they are youngsters, she may just be the first pullet to mature and that's why she's drawing all the attention.Leave her with all the girls and see how she gets along. There is some reason the boys are picking on her and her alone. See if the other girls pick on her. There may be something wrong with that pullet. Or she may be trying to be dominant herself and the boys are having none of that
I’ve put my 2 roos up & my 2 drakes up on Fb farm group. Can’t get any takers.Sometimes that's possible, sometimes it's not.
I give all my spare cockerels a chance on Craigslist before I eat them. A couple weeks ago I was just ready to eat them when someone bought all 4. (Sell, not give away, because if anyone's getting a chicken dinner I'm going to have it myself).
I wouldn't say so.What if this pullet, that was being targeted, turned out to be a male!
Does he, the picked on one, get a free pass to stay for good now?
How are we supposed to help you and the solve this if you keep moving the goal posts? What if this pullet, that was being targeted, turned out to be a male!
