In my pre-vegan days, I loved sliced deli turkey and cheese sandwiches. I have missed being able to throw together a tasty cold sandwich when I'm in a hurry or it's just too hot to cook.
Today, I splurged at the grocery and bought Tofurky peppered deli slices (which are a pastrami style) and Violife smoked provolone slices. I added some mustard and sliced onions, and I am pretty darned happy with the result.
