Those are probably wood roach nymphs, a native species that won't infest homes as opposed to the invasive German roaches that cozy up next to humans. Basically ignore them as free chicken treats, IMO, but I'm weird and raise Dubia roaches for my kid's bearded dragon and think they're so ugly they (Dubias, not these guys) are cute.
