Welcome to BYC!
Can you post a picture of your hen?
If I have one overheat (usually after egg laying) I take her inside and put cool wet rags over her feet and under the wings. I don't put her back out until dark. And I watch them closely on hot days, from then on.
Electrolytes every day, can be too much of a good thing. Always make sure you have fresh, clear water available. Cool not cold.
And as @sourland says once you (or a chicken) have a heat event you will always be more susceptible to heat than others.
The symptoms of heat events are described by @BlueBaby I'd like to add pale comb and face, as well as pale skin inside the mouth.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined. Wish it was under better circumstances.
I hope she recovers but things don't sound good. Do you have her in the house out of the heat?
I do I have her in my walk in shower and have cooked her off but she is still seems like she is sleeping and doesn't open her eyes! A few weeks back I thought I was going to lose one of my baby chicks that is just a few months old but the electrolytes perked them up within a few days! It doesn't seem to be working with my older one that is not quite a year!

Maybe she has something else besides the heat going on with her.

Baby chicks usually do fine in the heat, as long as they have water, feed, and shade.
Are you noticing anything else from her ot the rest of the flock?
Discharge from eyes or nostrils? Sneezing or coughing? Are the flocks combs healthy looking? Check their pupils for strange shapes or cloudiness. Note any gait problems or head shaking?
I'm going to suggest that you make a post in the Emergency forum. We have some members who are excellent at diagnostics and treatment.
